Return & Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. Due to the nature of firearms and ammunition sales, our return policy has specific conditions that differ from standard retail.

1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unfired, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags included.
  • A return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (or 14 days of pickup for FFL transfers).
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

2. FIREARMS

All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to you (i.e., you have completed the background check and taken possession from the FFL dealer). Once a firearm leaves the dealer’s possession, we cannot accept returns due to legal and safety concerns.

Exceptions

  • Defective firearms: If your firearm has a manufacturer defect, we will assist you in coordinating a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer. Contact us and we will help facilitate the process.
  • Wrong item shipped: If we ship you the wrong firearm, we will arrange a return and ship the correct item at no additional cost to you.
  • Damage during shipping: If your firearm arrives damaged at the FFL dealer, do not accept the transfer. Contact us immediately so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.

3. AMMUNITION

All ammunition sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on ammunition for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong caliber or type
  • Change of mind
  • Compatibility issues with your firearm

This policy exists because we cannot verify the storage conditions or handling of returned ammunition, and reselling it would pose a safety risk.

Exceptions

  • Wrong ammunition shipped: If we ship the wrong caliber or type, we will arrange a return and send the correct ammunition at no cost.
  • Defective ammunition: If you experience defects with ammunition purchased from us, contact us and we will work with the manufacturer on your behalf.

4. ACCESSORIES, PARTS & NON-REGULATED ITEMS

Accessories, parts, optics, apparel, and other non-regulated items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused and in original packaging.

  • Opened or installed items that are not defective cannot be returned.
  • Electronics and optics must be unopened and sealed to be eligible for return.
  • Clothing and apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

5. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damage during shipping).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

6. RESTOCKING FEE

Returns that are accepted but do not meet all return conditions (e.g., missing packaging, minor signs of handling) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.

7. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order. Contact us if you need assistance.

8. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Do not ship returns without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
